Top Must-Have Skillsets Experience documenting Identity and Access Management (IAM), cybersecurity, or information security programs.
Proven experience creating documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear business language
Familiarity with modern authentication and authorization concepts
Working knowledge of authentication standards and protocols such as:
o SAML
o OAuth
o OpenID Connect (OIDC)
o SCIM
o FIDO2 / Passkeys
o Kerberos
o Federation services
Nice-to-Have Skillsets Familiarity with transportation sector specific regulatory and compliance requirements
Experience documenting Microsoft Entra, Duo, Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, SailPoint, or similar identity platforms.
Experience supporting identity governance, access certification, privileged access, or workforce MFA programs.
Experience creating learning content and end-user adoption materials
