About The Job:
- This position provides essential support for employee engagement and communications across Financial Services.
- The person in this role designs and maintains the group’s SharePoint site, creates and updates content for events across the organization, and publish leadership messages.
- Together, these responsibilities give employees a dependable place to find current information and help leaders communicate consistently across the group.
Essential Job Functions:
Target assignment (What will the contractors do)
- Create and update high definition artwork and graphics for SharePoint pages, events, announcements, and leadership communications.
- Coordinate with contributing teams across Financial Services to gather content, confirm details, manage deadlines, and prepare updates for publication.
- Manage the Financial Services SharePoint site, including page design, content publishing, event updates, and routine maintenance.
- Review published content regularly to keep information accurate, current, visually consistent, and easy for employees to find.
- Prepare and publish leadership messages and group-wide communications in coordination with the relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Target level - Junior (IC1-IC2)
