Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer with a strong background in Cisco Smart Licensing to create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation. This role requires the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-oriented language for diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, edit, and maintain technical documentation related to Cisco Smart Licensing
• Translate technical processes, systems, and workflows into clear business language
• Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to gather information
• Create user guides, implementation documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles
• Ensure consistency, clarity, and accuracy across all documentation
• Adapt content for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Manage multiple documentation projects and meet deadlines

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer in a technical or IT environment
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Smart Licensing
• Strong ability to simplify complex technical concepts into business-friendly content
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Cisco products and enterprise networking concepts
• Experience with documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, MadCap Flare, or similar)
• Background in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software environments
