Pay: $29.00–$30.00/hour
Hours: Monday–Friday; 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: North Canton, OH 44720 (100% Onsite) Overview Seeking an experienced Technical Writer to create, update, and maintain technical documentation for physical security products, including installation manuals, user guides, and product manuals. Required Skills
- Previous technical writing experience required.
- Experience developing technical manuals and user documentation.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and translate complex information into clear instructions.
- Proficiency with documentation tools and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Create and update installation manuals, user guides, and technical documentation.
- Incorporate illustrations, photographs, and videos into documentation.
- Collaborate with product managers and technical support teams.
- Assist with part number migration from PDM Matrix to Teamcenter.
- Support laboratory testing and general technical projects.
- Experience with physical security products or technical hardware.
- Familiarity with PDM systems and Company Teamcenter.
- Experience creating technical illustrations and visual instructions.
