Technical SW Project Manager

Job Title: Sr. Software Engineer / Technical SW Project Manager
Location: Minneapolis, MN 55432 (Onsite at least 4 days/week)
Duration: 8 Months |Start: ASAP

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.

• 5–8 years of experience managing delivery of advanced mobile applications.

• Hands-on Android development experience using Kotlin or Java.

• Experience owning mobile software releases, managing backlogs/user stories, sprint planning, and delivery tracking.

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, mobile testing, software quality, and release management.

• Ability to coordinate development and test teams, manage risks/dependencies, and communicate status to stakeholders.

• Ability to evaluate technical solutions and ensure software quality and lifecycle compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery of mobile software releases for Pelvic Health Mobile and proprietary applications.

• Convert product requirements into actionable user stories, backlogs, and release plans.

• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, prioritization, and execution tracking.

• Review/accept completed work, monitor delivery metrics, and resolve risks/dependencies.

• Collaborate with product, development, and test leads to ensure quality, architectural alignment, and regulatory compliance.

Preferred: Kotlin Multiplatform (KMM), iOS development, CI tools (Jenkins/Bamboo/Electric Cloud), and Git/SVN.
