Job Title: Â Technical Support Engineer II -AV
Location: 13146 Ballantyne Corporate Pl , Charlotte  NC -OnsiteÂ
Duration: 5 Months

Duties:
- Support conference rooms and ensure video conferencing systems are fully operational.
- Monitor and respond to the ServiceNow video conferencing support queue.
- Perform proactive conference room sweeps, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
- Plan, set up, operate, and support live and hybrid events, including leadership meetings and customer and partner sessions.
- Manage AV equipment, audio systems, video switching, and conferencing technology during meetings and events.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in real time and maintain a calm, professional approach during high-visibility events.
- Communicate with business stakeholders regarding technical capabilities, limitations, and event requirements.
- Collaborate with AV Operations, Events, Network Operations, and Event Technology teams.
- Support broadcast studio operations and company-wide events.
- Ensure reliable AV performance for senior leadership meetings, external guests, and other business-critical events.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as an AV Technician.
- Hands-on experience with Zoom Rooms.
- Experience operating audio boards and AV switching equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and real-time problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting live and hybrid events.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and support high-visibility meetings and events.
- Experience with ServiceNow ticketing queues and proactive AV room support.
