Technical Support Engineer

Job Details:

 Technical & application support of a world class retail sales & inventory

management system used by top telecommunications service providers in

US, Europe & Asia.  

 Provide diagnostics & troubleshooting & solutions to product & production

issues.

 Need to work in a global team located across the globe to provide product on

SLA and to meet quality standards.

 Verbal and written communication with international customers.

Required Skills:

 Having 2-3 years of Experience (Must).

 Provide technical product support & production environment support to real

time product suite integrated with telecom BSS systems, to high profile, big

corporates and system Integration partners.

 Advantage for experience in technical support of web-based enterprise

inventory management & CRM applications.

 Advantage for experience and knowledge of telecom domain.

Key activities are to:

 Provide remote product support, inclusive of technical mentoring, problem

troubleshooting, and the provision of solution based on configuration

parameter change or workarounds for product defects/limitations.

 Provide production support on issues faced during day to day operations and

running of system real time & batch interfaces.

 Should have excellent customer facing & communication skill, both written

and verbal.

 Ability to handle customer expectation for issues received over email or

verbally.

 Need to update customer verbally or via email on the progress made towards

resolution of an issue reported.
