Pay Range: $19.28 /hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate high-speed inserter machines efficiently and accurately.
  • Load materials and clear jams to maintain production flow.
  • Assist with unloading and tray inserted pieces.
  • Maintain optimal machine performance by troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Follow safety and quality standards to ensure error-free work.
  • Keep a clean and organized working area while presenting a professional appearance.
  • Report to the Site Manager or Supervisor as required.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse or production environments.
  • Proven ability to walk, stand, and move throughout the entire shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and assist with heavier items when necessary.
  • Basic PC skills; training will be provided for qualified applicants.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • A history of reliability and a strong work ethic with no significant gaps in employment.
  • Experience in a roll-fed printing environment.
  • Technical aptitude for operating complex printing equipment.
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
