About the Role

We are seeking aTechnical Solutions Consultant II to serve as a primary technical point of contact for external clients and internal partners supporting Meta's advertising solutions.
In this role, you will combinetechnical troubleshooting, client consulting, and digital advertising expertise to diagnose complex issues, advise clients on best practices, and develop practical solutions across Meta's advertising ecosystem. The ideal candidate has aTechnical Account Manager, Technical Consultant, Solutions Consultant, or similar customer-facing technical background and is comfortable translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for non-technical audiences.

You will work at the intersection ofadvertising technology, APIs, data, and client partnerships, supporting products and workflows across Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as theprimary technical advisor and point of contact for external clients and internal stakeholders.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across Meta's advertising ecosystem, includingAds Manager, Graph API, Conversions API (CAPI), Meta Pixel, and Meta SDK.
• Troubleshoot advertising technologies involvingpixels, ad servers, auctions, measurement, targeting, and delivery systems.
• Investigate technical escalations usinglogs, data, API calls, and other debugging tools to reproduce issues and identify root causes.
• Provide implementation guidance andbest practices for Meta advertising solutions.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations for clients and non-technical stakeholders.
• Partner with engineering, product, support, and other cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement solutions.
• Analyze support tickets and technical escalations, identifying recurring issues and opportunities to improve troubleshooting processes.
• Develop creative solutions and workarounds when standard approaches do not address client needs.
• Manage multiple technical issues and stakeholder priorities in an environment where requirements and solutions may be ambiguous.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, advertising technology, or the broader technology industry.
• Experience in aTechnical Account Manager, Technical Consultant, Solutions Consultant, Technical Product Specialist, or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Strong technical troubleshooting experience across digital advertising platforms and technologies.
• Experience with advertising technologies such aspixels, ad servers, auctions, campaign delivery, tracking, or measurement systems.
• Working knowledge ofweb technologies, includingHTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP.
• Experience working withSQL and RESTful APIs.
• Understanding ofAPI-based integrations, debugging, and technical implementation workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to explain technical concepts and solutions tonon-technical audiences.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is required.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations and develop creative, data-driven solutions.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience supporting or working withMeta products and advertising technologies.
• Prior experience withMeta Ads Manager, Graph API, Conversions API, Meta Pixel, or Meta SDK.
• Experience working directly with enterprise or high-value advertising clients.
• Technical Account Management or client-facing solutions consulting experience.
• Foundational programming or coding knowledge.
• Experience with digital advertising platforms such asFacebook, Instagram, TikTok, or other major ad ecosystems.
• Experience working with marketing technology, ad technology, CRM, or campaign management platforms.
• Bachelor's degree inComputer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
