Job Summary

We are seeking an experiencedTechnical Solutions Consultant to serve as the technical point of contact for Meta's high-profile advertising clients and internal teams. This role combines technical expertise with strong client-facing communication, helping advertisers optimize their Meta solutions and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical liaison for clients and internal sales teams.

• Build expertise in Meta's advertising products (Signals, Measurement, Delivery) and provide best-practice guidance.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Meta's business technologies (Graph API, Conversions API, Ads Manager, SDK, Pixel).

• Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve product bugs.

• Manage a portfolio of top-tier advertisers, ensuring high client satisfaction (CSAT/RSAT).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.

• 8–10 years of experience inDigital Advertising or Technology (Meta experience preferred).

• Strong knowledge ofMeta's ad ecosystem and APIs (Graph API, Meta SDK, Ads Manager).

• Hands-on experience withweb technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP).

• Proficiency withSQL andRESTful APIs.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Profile

• Experience working withFAANG or large enterprise clients (multi-million-dollar ad spend).

• Previous experience as aTechnical Account Manager orSolutions Engineer in the advertising domain.

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
