Title: Technical Recruiter Contractor
Location: 100% remote
Duration: 4/14/27, potential extension
Overview
We are seeking experienced contract recruiters who can thrive in within the Big 4 in a fast-paced, complex, and continually evolving environment. The ideal candidates are highly adaptable, delivery-oriented talent professionals who can manage shifting priorities while providing a strong candidate and client experience.
Responsibilities
- As a Recruiter Contractor, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of the project team.
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Provide regular updates to the project team on recruitment progress and candidate status.
- 6–7+ years of overall recruiting experience, with at least 1–2 years of technical recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting within a technology company, professional services organization, or direct competitor environment
- Strong understanding of and ability to navigate comprehensive recruiting processes, from intake through offer and onboarding
- Comfortable operating in an ever-changing environment, including shifting business priorities, changing areas of support, and evolving direction
- Ability to advise and influence clients using sound recruiting judgment, market insights, and practical recommendations
- Hardcore delivery focus with a demonstrated ability to execute against aggressive hiring goals and timelines
- Highly resourceful and solutions-oriented, with the ability to overcome obstacles and work independently
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, organization, and prioritization skills
- Comfortable balancing high volume, complexity, urgency, and competing demands without losing attention to quality
- Prefer technical recruiters with either professional services or large/complex organization experience
