Technical Recruiter

PGS Worldwide is seeking aTechnical Recruiter for an approximately six-month remote contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company. This position will provide full life cycle recruiting support for engineering and technology organizations, partnering with hiring leaders and HR teams to develop recruiting strategies, identify qualified technical talent, guide candidate selection, and manage offers through acceptance.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of DoD technical recruiting experience.
• 3–5 years of experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for candidate and requisition management.
• Experience performing full life cycle recruiting.
• Experience recruiting engineering, technology, or other highly technical professionals.
• Demonstrated success working in a fully remote position.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Experience developing and executing sourcing and recruiting strategies.
• Experience evaluating candidate qualifications and supporting hiring decisions.
• Experience negotiating employment offers.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and recruiting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience supporting aerospace or defense recruiting.
• Previous experience recruiting within a large enterprise environment.
• Previous Lockheed Martin experience.

What You’ll Do

• Manage full life cycle recruiting for engineering and technology positions.
• Develop sourcing and recruiting strategies based on workforce and hiring needs.
• Identify, engage, and deliver qualified candidates to hiring leaders.
• Partner with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and internal teams throughout the recruiting process.
• Provide guidance to hiring teams during candidate evaluation and selection.
• Manage candidate communication and recruiting activity throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate competitive offers with selected candidates.
• Communicate career opportunities, benefits, organizational culture, and employee value proposition to candidates.
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate records within the ATS.
• Ensure recruiting activities comply with established hiring policies and processes.
• Support employer-branding and candidate-engagement efforts.

Work Arrangement

• 100% remote.
• Full-time schedule.

Pay

• $16.00–$45.00 per hour.
• Overtime eligible after 40 hours.
