Pay Range: $45 - $55/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact with Hiring Managers to understand job requirements and develop strong selection processes.
  • Source, screen, and interview applicants, ensuring a thorough reference checking process.
  • Build candidate pools through direct sourcing and innovative techniques.
  • Coordinate interviews and finalize offers in line with approved guidelines.
  • Manage compliance and document tracking as per defined process guidelines.
  • Conduct research and analyze data on assigned projects, including agency performance.
  • Develop networks to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Provide performance feedback on recruiting agencies and sources.
  • Support team members on specific project-based hiring requirements.
  • Proactively seek diverse candidate slates to support diversity efforts.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Experience in developing and maintaining employment advertising campaigns.
  • Familiarity with MyJobs system throughout the talent acquisition process.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally across Hardware and Software Engineering or Technical Sales.
  • Proven direct-sourcing capability with strong consultative stakeholder management.
  • High sense of urgency, attention to detail, and proactive communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and ramp up quickly with minimal oversight.
