Technical Project/Program Management - Technical Project Manager III

Location: US – CA – Burlingame. Remote work options may be available for candidates located within the United States, depending on business needs and role requirements.

Salary Range: $80 - $85/hr.

Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to support product planning and execution for cross-functional initiatives in the VR space. This role will define how people set up and pay for content on a new VR device, combining funnel and payment optimization with a new form factor.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in product management or a closely related role (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience translating business and user needs into clear product requirements and prioritized plans.
• Experience working with cross-functional partners to deliver outcomes in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience producing structured product documentation.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to use data to inform decisions and measure impact.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Commerce, payments, or checkout experience, any crucial financial data.
• VR/AR platform experience.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage roadmap and execution for our commerce and payment systems in VR.
• Analyze and suggest improvements in our payment setup and checkout flows.
• Define and analyze the metrics that determine success in this area, including payment method attach, checkout completion, redemption, and balance usage.
• Identify and track key performance indicators.
• Part of the VR Developer PM team with an engineering size varying based on projects in flight. Estimated 4-6 Software Engineers, plus Design and Data Science.
