Role Overview: We are a digital product engineering company that partners with clients to create innovative, high-performing software solutions. We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager tolead end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations for global clients, owning delivery from discovery to go-live and acting as a trusted partner to customer stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• LeadD365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service) and/orD365 F&O implementations across the full lifecycle:discovery, fit-gap analysis, solution design, build, UAT, go-live, and hypercare.

• Drivesolutioning with architects and functional consultants: configuration vs. customization decisions,data migration,integrations (Dataverse, Azure, Logic Apps, third-party systems), and security models.

• Ownplanning, scope management, prioritization, and change control, keeping delivery on time, within budget, and aligned to business outcomes.

• Managecross-functional teams (functional, technical, QA) and ensurequality, validation, and release readiness through structured testing andALM practices (solution management, Azure DevOps).

• Be the primarycustomer-facing lead: run workshops, steering meetings, and status reporting, manage expectations, and proactively flagrisks and dependencies.

Must Have:

• Strong experience intechnical project/delivery management and solution leadership.

• Hands-on knowledge ofsystem design, architecture, cloud, web, mobile, and modern engineering practices.

• Proven experience leadingAgile/Scrum teams and complex end-to-end projects.

• Excellentclient communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and escalation-handling skills.

• Strong understanding ofestimation, governance, risk, scope, quality, and delivery metrics.

• Ability to lead and mentorcross-functional technical and non-technical teams.

• StrongAI-first mindset with practical experience applying AI and automation across the SDLC.

Required Skills & Qualifications 

• 8+ years in IT delivery, with4+ years managing Dynamics 365 projects and at least2 full-cycle implementations.

• Strongtechnical depth in the D365 data model, configuration, extensibility, and integration patterns. 

• Solid grounding inAgile/Scrum and hybrid delivery, with exposure toMicrosoft Success by Design or Sure Step as a plus.

• Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio) is a strong plus.

• Excellentcommunication, clarity of thought, problem-solving, andclient engagement skills.

• Certifications such as MB-910 orPL-200are a plus.
