Pay rate:$70 - $80/hr on W2

About the Role
We are seeking an experiencedTemporaryProduct Managerto manage the roadmap and execution ofcommerce and payment systems for virtual reality (VR) devices. This role focuses on improving payment setup and checkout experiences while using product data and funnel analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.
This is adata-intensive and execution-focused role. The successful candidate should be comfortable analyzing product performance, using data to guide decisions, and driving alignment across cross-functional teams of approximately 5–10 people.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the product roadmap and execution for VR commerce and payment systems.
- Analyze payment setup and checkout flows to identify friction points and recommend improvements.
- Define, monitor, and analyzekey performance indicators (KPIs), including payment method attachment, checkout completion, redemption, and balance usage.
- Useproduct data and funnel analytics to identify trends, evaluate performance, and recommend improvements.
- LeverageAI-powered tools to support data gathering, analysis, and productivity.
- Collaborate with software engineers, designers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to align priorities and drive execution.
- Track project progress and ensure delivery of specific product initiatives.
- Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing product initiatives from planning through execution and delivery.
- Strong experience inproduct data analysis, funnel analytics,growth metrics, orproduct optimization.
- Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable product improvements.
- Proven experience collaborating withcross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data science.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to drive alignment across multiple stakeholders and keep projects moving forward.
- Familiarity withGoogle Sheets and Google Workspace.
- Comfort usingAI tools for data gathering, analysis, and productivity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience withcommerce, payments, checkout systems, or transaction-based products.
- Familiarity with payment methods, payment setup, redemption flows, or account balance usage.
- Experience working withfinancial or transactional data.
- Background in growth product management, funnel optimization, or conversion improvement.
Team and Work Environment
You will join aVR Developer Product Management team and collaborate with software engineering, design, and data science partners. Engineering support varies by project, with approximately4–6 software engineers involved in active initiatives.
