Lead complex contact center initiatives with strong technical acumen.
Engage senior/executive client leadership and manage matrixed teams effectively.
Communicate confidently and operate independently with minimal guidance.
Simplify complex concepts into clear presentations for leadership.
Strong understanding of AI-driven contact center solutions.

Experience:15 years in project/program management, with at least 10 years in contact center or customer experience programs.
Skill Set:
Google CCAI/Dialog Flow, Contact Center technologies, PMP, Scrum
PMP or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
