About The Job:
  • Lead complex, high-impact technology initiatives that support enterprise strategy and operational excellence.
  • Manage the delivery of special projects and Enterprise Top Programs (ETPs) while ensuring strong execution discipline and high-quality outcomes.
  • Drive risk-informed decision-making and effective delivery across technical teams.
  • Act as a critical connector between TRIS and Enterprise Cloud (EC) teams to drive alignment, transparency, and shared ownership.
  • Ensure projects are effectively planned, tracked, and delivered while proactively managing dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Collaborate with TRIS, EC, Engineering, Architecture, and Product stakeholders to coordinate delivery across multiple teams.
  • Operate as an execution-focused leader with strong technical acumen and the ability to manage ambiguity and drive results in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Lead and drive the successful delivery of special projects and Enterprise Top Programs (ETPs) for TRIS teams.
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with strategic objectives, timelines, scope, and quality expectations.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple technical teams.
  • Partner closely with TRIS and Enterprise Cloud (EC) teams to strengthen cross-team collaboration and communication.
  • Drive shared ownership and accountability for delivery outcomes across stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary liaison between TRIS and EC stakeholders to coordinate execution and enable integrated delivery.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and resolve technical and operational dependencies.
  • Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, issues, and constraints.
  • Develop and drive mitigation strategies for identified risks and escalate critical issues as appropriate.
  • Facilitate project governance activities, including status reporting, risk reviews, dependency management, and executive readouts.
  • Ensure project execution aligns with established delivery frameworks, engineering standards, security requirements, and risk-informed practices.
  • Support technical teams by removing impediments and resolving delivery blockers.
  • Improve delivery workflows and promote best practices for execution, collaboration, and communication.
  • Track and report progress against project commitments, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Maintain transparency and accountability across project stakeholders and leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying lessons learned, process gaps, and opportunities to improve project delivery effectiveness.
  • Ensure effective coordination across engineering, security, infrastructure, platform, architecture, and product teams.
  • Manage competing priorities and dependencies across multiple workstreams while maintaining delivery focus.
Qualifications:
  • Exp: 6-8 years

Required Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience managing complex technical projects within an enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of software development and infrastructure delivery lifecycles.
  • Understanding of dependencies across engineering, security, infrastructure, and platform teams.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
  • Proven ability to manage technical and delivery risks while balancing quality, scope, timelines, and resources.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience facilitating collaboration across diverse technical and business teams.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile, hybrid, and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
  • Ability to develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, RAID logs, action trackers, and status reports.
  • Strong organizational and execution skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments while creating clarity and execution discipline.
  • Experience managing dependencies, milestones, risks, issues, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise initiatives or strategic technology programs is preferred.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Project management certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or similar are a plus.
