We are seeking an experiencedTechnical Project Manager (TPM) to lead the enterprise-wide rollout ofZscaler Private Access (ZPA) and support other cross-organizational technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, hands-on knowledge ofZero Trust security architectures, and experience coordinating complex infrastructure and security transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of the Zscaler ZPA deployment across the organization.
  • Coordinate activities across security, networking, infrastructure, engineering, and business teams.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reporting.
  • Drive governance, stakeholder communication, and executive updates.
  • Manage dependencies, issue resolution, and change management activities.
  • Ensure alignment with Zero Trust security strategies and organizational objectives.
  • Monitor milestones, deliverables, and project KPIs.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Technical Project or Program Management experience.
  • Strong technical background in cybersecurity and infrastructure programs.
  • Experience delivering Zero Trust initiatives or security transformation projects.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide deployments.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Zscaler ZPA implementation or related technologies.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts, VPN replacement strategies, and secure access solutions.
  • PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent certification
