Role
Paar Autonomy is looking for aTechnical Project Manager to lead the complete development of advanced electro-mechanical products—from concept and design to field deployment and production
Key Responsibilities
Own projects end-to-end: Requirements → Hardware Design → Development → Bring-up → Production
Leadmechanical, electronics, embedded and software engineering teams.
Drive product architecture, technical decisions, milestones, resources and schedules.
Reviewmechanical designs, CAD, PCB hardware, embedded systems and system integration.
Coordinate cameras, sensors, motors, actuators, controllers and communication interfaces.
Drive technical reviews, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
Ensuremechanical, electrical, firmware and software integration is completed successfully.
Communicate project status, risks and technical decisions to management and customers.
Candidate Profile
5+ years in technical project management, product development or engineering leadership.
Strong knowledge ofmechanical and hardware design with good understanding of embedded/software systems.
Experience withelectro-mechanical, robotics, aerospace, defense, imaging or autonomous systems is preferred.
Ability to understandCAD, schematics, PCB layouts and system architecture.
Strongownership, leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
