Technical Program Manager (TPM) – AI Native Programs (TOP SKILL: Program Management, LLM, RAG and Agentic AI Implementation)
We are seeking a hands-on Technical Program Manager to lead a portfolio of enterprise AI Native and Generative AI initiatives. The ideal candidate has deep experience delivering production-grade GenAI solutions, driving complex cross-functional programs, and influencing engineering and business leadership. This is not a traditional PM role; candidates must demonstrate strong technical depth in modern AI architectures and real-world implementation experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of 10+ AI/GenAI workstreams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology strategy.
- Drive execution of AI-native applications, including RAG, Agentic AI, Context Engineering, Prompt Engineering, and LLM-based solutions.
- Establish program governance, manage dependencies, risks, roadmaps, and executive reporting.
- Partner with Architecture, Engineering, Product, Data Science, and Business teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Define and govern AI quality frameworks, including evaluation harnesses, benchmark testing, gold datasets, hallucination reduction, and continuous validation.
- Drive adoption of LLMOps/MLOps, observability, performance monitoring, cost optimization, and responsible AI practices.
- Measure and communicate business outcomes including adoption, productivity gains, model performance, and ROI.
Must-Have Skills (Mandatory)
- 8-12+ years in technical program management, with recent experience leading AI/GenAI programs at scale.
- Proven hands-on experience delivering solutions using:
- Generative AI & Large Language Models (LLMs)
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Agentic AI / AI Agents
- Context Engineering & Prompt Engineering
- Vector Databases and Semantic Search
- LLMOps / MLOps
- AI Evaluation & Benchmarking Frameworks
- Strong understanding of Azure AI/OpenAI ecosystem, cloud-native architectures, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Demonstrated ability to challenge architecture decisions, review technical designs, and drive engineering teams toward production-grade AI implementations.
- Excellent executive stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
**Preferred**
- Telecom industry experience, ideally in customer care, operations, network, or digital transformation programs.
- PMP, SAFe, Agile, or cloud certifications.
We are specifically looking for candidates who have successfully delivered enterprise-scale GenAI solutions in production, not merely managed AI projects from a reporting or coordination standpoint.
