Technical Program Manager – Senior Associate

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Technical Program Management.
• Good knowledge of the healthcare domain, particularly the Provider space.
• Strong understanding of Post-Acute Care processes and workflows.
• Good knowledge of Prior Authorization (Prior-Auth) processes.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage technical programs and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and drive technical programs within the healthcare Provider domain.
• Coordinate with business, technical, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery.
• Support initiatives related to Post-Acute Care and Prior Authorization.
• Track program milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and ensure alignment on program objectives.
• Identify and address program-level risks and issues to ensure timely delivery.
