Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US: $192000 - $278000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Operations, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in technical program management (TPM) or engineering program management.
- 5 years of experience driving technical delivery across hardware, data center infrastructure, silicon/semiconductor, or technology manufacturing supply chain environments.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience partnering directly with Director or VP-level technical leadership in an executive advisory, technical operations, or Chief of Staff-style capacity.
- Strong background in data analysis, telemetry, and capacity modeling to drive operational efficiency, yield improvements, and risk mitigation across complex technical pipelines.
- Demonstrated track record of establishing organization-wide governance, OKR cadences, and operating rhythms for large multi-disciplinary engineering organizations.
- Deep technical domain knowledge in data center hardware, server/rack architectures, custom silicon/ASICs, optical networking, power infrastructure, or electronics manufacturing (EMS/ODM).
- Proven ability to apply engineering judgment to evaluate architectural trade-offs, resolve technical escalations, and unblock cross-functional dependencies.
- Exceptional executive-level communication skills, with proven success influencing without authority across engineering, supply chain, finance, and legal teams.
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with the Director to drive technical roadmaps, engineering OKRs, and executive operational reviews across Google Cloudโs ISM organization.
- Lead end-to-end technical execution across data center infrastructure, silicon/hardware manufacturing, commodity engineering, and supply chain systems.
- Apply engineering judgment to evaluate technical trade-offs, mitigate manufacturing risk, and resolve critical cross-functional architecture and delivery dependencies.
- Serve as technical proxy and escalation point for leadership, resolving multi-disciplinary engineering bottlenecks across global manufacturing and infrastructure programs.
- Analyze telemetry, lifecycle, and capacity data across ISM pipelines to optimize technical workflows, improve yield, and guide organizational strategy.
