Work Location: New York - Hybrid (Hybrid work: Tues-Thurs in the office. Monday & Friday remote)
Work Schedule: Normal EST business hours, Monday to Friday

1. Deliverables
A. Active Support Triage & Routing
SLA-Driven Responses: Provide rapid, first-touch responses/routing to experts to support requests in the OR rebase support channel during US office hours.
Triage and Escalation: Categorize, filter, and accurately route incoming support questions to the correct Engineering or TPM partner learning through the history of questions in the channel
Request Volume: Anticipate and manage an estimated 4โ€“5 support requests per day.

B. Lifecycle Bug Tracking & Follow-up
Inactive Bug Remediation: Audit and follow up on the lifecycle of 100โ€“120 total tracking bugs per rebase. Perform targeted pings on approximately 50-70 inactive bugs to confirm ownership, reassignments, and estimated rebase dates.
High-QPS Capacity Auditing: Identify and track 10โ€“15 high-QPS features requiring capacity requests, ensuring team responses and submissions are completed within a strict 1โ€“2 day turnaround.

2. Skills Needed
Triage & Technical Routing Capability: A foundational understanding of technical rebase, capacity, and release concepts to accurately route questions to appropriate engineering partners without unnecessary back-and-forth.
Tooling Proficiency: Comfort working within bug tracking ecosystems (Buganizer) to quickly audit, comment, assign, and update tracking structures.
Timezone Alignment: Highly preferred to be US-based (EST for overlap with IST) (or fully aligned with US working hours) to match the timezone of the majority of feature teams.




Description

As a Technical Program Manager, you drive multiple programs reaching beyond your immediate team and organization. You proactively identify, organize, and drive program activities and stakeholders in order to successfully deliver business, operational, and technical improvements. You scope, phase, and drive ambiguous cross-functional and cross-organizational challenges including delivering downstream change management, alongside your stakeholder team. You ensure alignment of senior cross-functional and cross-organizational stakeholders. You have advanced knowledge of the domain of your program. Responsibilities include:
- Across multiple teams, independently define, drive, and own program charter(s) that address scope, and timeline, OKRs, resourcing and risks/dependencies of moderately complex programs. Translate ambiguous program goals into clear and measurable objectives/milestones. Determine the effective level of program management required of an initiative. Create project plans that break down a project into discrete phases aligned to the needs of stakeholders, include risks/dependencies and support proactive identification of program constraints.
- Independently determine program phasing and metrics that effectively address continuous improvement including Resource Stewardship. Optimize regular checkpoints and metrics dashboards. Ensure stakeholders are aligned on rationale for program pivots.
- Independently design and deliver optimized program communication plans including executive and key partner communications. Articulately represent the program across touchpoints.
- Anticipate change management requirements. Independently develop change management rollout plans for programs including impact analysis. Proactively drive pivots requiring change management, monitor progress of change management rollout, and resolve misalignments. Define future change management needs.
- Effectively build trusted relationships with senior program stakeholders to proactively enable effective decision making. Resolve prioritization misalignments with stakeholders. Proactively manage program escalations.
- Across multiple teams, develop technical analysis, tools, and processes that support engineering execution, excellence, and velocity. Perform technical due diligence to evaluate engineering scope, determine milestones, timeframe, and engineering resourcing needs.
- Independently determine and collect data required to govern programs and effectively drive stakeholder decision-making. Independently maintain project trackers and status reports. Identify and execute on program tasks, including proactively managing dependencies, while incorporating Product Excellence values, Product Inclusion, and brand trust and reputation. Create automated processes to enhance velocity and monitoring. Define program governance structure by determining effective management of mitigations, postmortems, and escalation reports. drive effective program stakeholder meetings.Minimum role qualification requires proficiency in:
