Pay Range: $70 - $80/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

Must have skills:-AI, Compliance, Program Management
Take ownership of multiple project reviews, monitoring daily progress and proactively resolving any blocking issues to ensure smooth project lifecycles.
Collaborate with requesters and reviewers to clarify requirements and gather necessary information to advance project reviews, focusing on unblocking critical review and approval stages.
Manage and track action items and next steps for each project, ensuring all milestones are met and projects remain on schedule.
Communicate regularly with all stakeholders, providing updates, highlights, and addressing any concerns, with a focus on maintaining transparency in the review and approval processes.
Deliver weekly reports on project status, achievements, and challenges, with detailed insights into the review and approval stages.
Coordinate with privacy stakeholders to align and document best practices for approvals.
Manage project risks effectively, ensuring timely mitigation and escalation as needed, with a keen focus on potential blockers in the review and approval processes.
Researching, cataloging, and annotating AI Research assets, requiring high attention to detail and organizational skills.
Utilizing Google Sheets/Excel for data exploration and analysis to inform project decisions and optimize workflows.
Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the AI research landscape and tools, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes.
