Position Overview
- The ideal candidate is an experienced program leader who can translate business objectives into executable delivery plans, manage cross-functional dependencies, and drive initiatives from discovery and design through implementation, launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization.
- We are seeking a Senior Omnichannel Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives focused on enhancing omnichannel customer engagement capabilities.
- This role will serve as a bridge between business, data, and technology teams, driving the delivery of scalable solutions across CRM, marketing technology, web platforms, analytics, and customer data ecosystems.
- While this is not a hands-on technical role, the candidate must be comfortable working with system integrations, APIs, data flows, testing, release management, and platform dependencies.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of omnichannel technology programs from requirements and design through development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
- Develop and manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and cross-functional workstreams.
- Coordinate initiatives across Data Management, CRM, marketing automation, web platforms, analytics, privacy, security, and third-party vendors.
- Drive customer identity, data connectivity, and platform integration initiatives supporting seamless omnichannel experiences.
