The Opportunity:

Job Responsibilities

·Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional technical programs, coordinating dependencies across engineering, product, and business teams Serve as Scrum Master for one or more agile teams, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Coordinate and facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning sessions, including logistics, agenda, and pre-read materials

·Remove blockers and coach teams on agile best practices Track program timelines, risks, and budgets; communicate status clearly to stakeholders and leadership Partner with engineering leads to translate business requirements into actionable epics, user stories, and technical roadmaps Manage and maintain program artifacts (roadmaps, RAID logs, burndown charts) in tools like Jira and Confluence Support cloud-based initiatives by coordinating with engineering teams on basic AWS infrastructure needs (e.g., EC2, S3, IAM)

·Bridge technical and non-technical conversations across teams Drive continuous improvement of agile processes and program management practices Identify and mitigate program risks proactively, escalating issues as needed

Required Qualifications

·3-5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role in a software/technology environment Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or equivalent certification

·Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies (Kanban familiarity a plus)

·Proven experience managing cross-functional programs involving engineering, product, and stakeholders.

·Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills Proficiency with project/program tracking tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar)

·Basic/foundational knowledge of AWS core services (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC basics) — able to follow architecture discussions and coordinate with engineers

·Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)

Preferred Qualifications:

·AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or working toward AWS certification PMP or SAFe Agilist certification.

·Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Prior experience supporting cloud migration or modernization initiatives
