Want to join the leader in AI-powered data security?

As Technical Program Manager 3, you will play a key role in Engineering. This will require cross-functional work across several business teams and alignment with the new product introduction teams ranging from product management, technical support, sales, marketing, finance, IT, HR. You will also participate in increasing our organizational effectiveness and efficiency, using a metrics-driven approach, driving accountability, and improving our processes.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:

1.  Release Operations - Tieing product requirements to execution strategy

  • You bring foundational knowledge of how enterprise-scale, customer-facing software products are built, validated, and shipped, and the integration instincts to stay embedded with Engineering and Product at every stage ensuring every release meets the quality and reliability bar that enterprise customers demand
  • Engage with product and engineering teams across the full development lifecycle from system design and architecture through code management, branching strategy, QA, and release as a credible technical voice who builds efficient execution plans, catches risk early, and drives resolution before it reaches a gate
  • Govern operational AI agentic workflows with the same rigor as the release itself defining what automation owns, where human judgment overrides, and how both are measured against customer-impacting outcomes. You bring a track record of deploying agentic systems that replaced manual program effort and the technical credibility to hold engineering accountable to the same standard across high-stakes, customer-facing delivery
  • Model and uphold the quality bar for product requirements. You bring the judgment and influence to partner with Product Management to continuously raise the standard of how requirements are defined, reviewed, and handed off to Engineering

2.  Single-Threaded Program Ownership, Ambiguity Navigation & Problem Space Definition

  • Serve as the single accountable owner for your program outcomes from kickoff through customer-facing release. You define and hold the program narrative at every stage, own what is committed, what is at risk, and what decision is needed, and bring the organizational presence, technical depth, and cross-functional authority to drive resolution when things get hard.
  • Define program structure, milestone frameworks, and operational models from scratch for new product introduction tracks, and established programs. You bring the ability to turn ambiguous business and technical visions into structured, executable plans with clear ownership and measurable outcomes, without waiting for direction.
  • Establish what good looks like - operational metrics, success criteria, and execution guardrails before the program begins. You bring a track record of structuring ambiguity into predictable, high-velocity execution at enterprise scale.

3.  Data-Driven Execution

  • Define and own program health KPIs, and operational dashboards that give Engineering, Product, and leadership a real-time picture of portfolio health. You build the measurement system, drive decisions from metrics that push the team toward a continuously higher execution bar.
  • Design and operate AI-augmented tracking pipelines and agentic reporting workflows, automation, and program management integrations — to surface risk, flag milestone drift, and monitor compliance signals in real time. You bring hands-on experience operating these systems at enterprise scale and the judgment to govern what AI owns versus where human intervention is required.

4.  Leadership Presence & Communication

  • You distill complex, multi-portfolio risk into crisp, decision-ready communications — a point of view backed by data and delivered with conviction, not a status update or a dashboard walkthrough.

5.  Education & Technical Foundation

  • 5 - 7 years of related program management experience with a bachelor’s & masters degree in computer engineering, or a related technical field. System design fluency, and the ability to govern AI-augmented operations with authority.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-product customer facing software and hardware products across simultaneous cadences and large cross-functional stakeholder groups
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and support high-quality decision-making.
