Client is seeking a Technical Product Owner to drive the vision, roadmap, and delivery of digital analytics solutions across web and mobile platforms. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and architecture groups, ensuring analytics capabilities align with enterprise objectives and long-term technology strategies.
The ideal candidate will have experience implementing and maintaining digital analytics tools, managing product backlogs, and translating business requirements into technical solutions. This position focuses on application performance, analytics tracking, data quality, and continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making.
Core Responsibilities
Define and communicate a compelling product vision. Develop and manage roadmaps for IT applications, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, business objectives, and long-term sustainability
Operate as the primary liaison between engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure alignment across teams
Lead backlog refinement and prioritization for technical features, application enhancements, and infrastructure capabilities. Balance technical debt, scalability, and business value
Gather insights from internal users and stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities to translate feedback into actionable technical solutions
Partner with engineering, architecture, and design teams to ensure successful delivery of technical products and facilitate decision-making and remove roadblocks
Define and track product KPIs and OKRs that measure application performance, reliability, and business impact. Use data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement
Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Drive innovation in technical product offerings
Ensure technical products align with architectural standards, enterprise priorities, and long-term strategic goals. Make trade-offs that optimize for scalability and sustainability
Core Responsibilities
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or related field
3-5 years Total experience as a Product Owner
2+ years of experience implementing and maintaining digital analytics Tools for web and mobile application, including Adobe Analytics, Tealium, Celebrus
Experience managing Adobe Analytics administration tasks, such as creating SAINT classifications, managing shared dashboards, and designing custom segments for visitor profile analysis.
1-2 years of experience conducting QA activites, data validation, and identifying data collection issues.
Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders including Product Owners, technology teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to define requirements, implement analytics tracking, and ensure proper reporting.
Preferred Skills or Experience
MS in Statistics, Applied Math, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
Experience with iOS and Android SDK’s
Experience with Agile development and associated ceremonies.
Experience managing analytic and/or development projects.
Experience with SQL and JavaScript.
Proficient knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, and JSON.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities/projects on strict deadlines with minimal supervision.
Outstanding analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different audiences.
The ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders and convey technical information in a clear and engaging way.
Nice to Have Skills and Experience:
• Proficient knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, and JSON
