Job Summary

We are seeking experiencedTechnical Product Owners to support the delivery of high-quality digital products and operational workflows. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, translating business needs into clear technical requirements while ensuring solutions meet organizational goals across the product lifecycle.

This role requires strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, technical aptitude, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead product execution from concept through deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and balancebusiness objectives and technical/engineering needs to deliver effective digital products and workflows.
• Performcost, benefit, and risk analysis for proposed products or services and recommend alternative solutions as needed throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, users, and technical teams togather, analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements.
• Translate business requirements into:
  • Technical and engineering specifications
  • Acceptance criteria
  • User experience requirements
  • System validation requirements
• Ensure technical specifications are clear and consumable by Engineering/IT teams for solution design, build, integration, or acquisition.
• Support product and operations leaders withdeployment coordination when required.
• Contribute to development of product documentation, project charters, work plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Applysystems engineering methodologies consistently throughout the product and project lifecycle.
• Define and managescope boundaries, ensuring accuracy and clarity for assigned products.
• Plan, estimate, and monitor work scope, schedules, and dependencies.
• Conductroot cause analysis, proactively identify issues, and propose actionable solutions.
• Review and interpretvendor-provided solution architectures, translating them into scope of work and technical requirements for integration.
• Supportchange management activities for product implementations that do not require formal implementation teams.
• Lead and support Scrum teams while acting in aProduct Owner capacity.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience as aProduct Owner or similar role.
• Experience developingweb and/or mobile applications.
• Hands-on experience working withScrum teams in an Agile environment.
• Working knowledge ofproduct development architecture.
• Proficiency withanalytics and reporting tools.
• Strong ability toprioritize work and manage backlogs effectively.
• Proven experience mitigating roadblocks to meet sprint and release goals.
• Ability to managechanging and competing stakeholder needs.
• Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams in a Product Owner role.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience in theHealthcare domain.
• Knowledge ofHealthcare systems and EPIC APIs.

Education Requirements

Required:

• Bachelor's degree inBusiness, Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or Healthcare
  AND 3+ years of relevant technical experience
  OR
• 7+ years of relevant technical experience in lieu of a degree.
