Professional Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner with strong Agile/Scrum expertise and healthcare domain experience to drive digital product initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring successful product delivery through effective backlog management, stakeholder communication, and product prioritization. Candidates with experience in laboratory environments, digital access enablement, and healthcare workflows are highly preferred.

Required Certifications

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification

Required Skills

• Strong Product Owner experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Experience in Digital Access & Enablement
• Digital product management expertise
• Strong backlog prioritization and roadmap planning experience
• Expertise in writing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
• Healthcare and/or laboratory domain experience
• Experience working with cross-functional Agile teams

Preferred Skills

• Experience with digital laboratory products
• Knowledge of order-to-results workflows
• Exposure to Data & Analytics platforms
• Vendor management experience
• Billing systems experience
• Prior consulting or contract Product Owner experience

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain product vision, roadmap, and release plans
• Own and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value
• Create, refine, and manage user stories and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, reviews, and retrospectives
• Review and approve completed deliverables
• Drive business-focused decisions on scope, priorities, and releases
• Ensure smooth Agile delivery and stakeholder satisfaction

Required Experience

• Proven experience as a Product Owner in Agile/Scrum projects
• Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or laboratory environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience handling digital transformation initiatives

• Strong English communication skills (Speak, Read, and Write)
