Technical Product Manager, Network Infrastructure

We are partnering with a well-funded technology organization seeking a deeply technical Product Manager to define the capabilities, performance tiers, and roadmap for advanced network infrastructure. This is an opportunity to combine serious product ownership with real expertise in Ethernet, InfiniBand, NVLink, multitenant networking, and demanding distributed workloads.
What You'll Own

• Own the product direction for high-performance network fabrics and customer connectivity capabilities.
• Define network service tiers across Ethernet, InfiniBand, and NVLink, including cost, bandwidth, latency, and topology trade-offs.
• Build a practical roadmap for capacity expansion, fabric evolution, and next-generation interconnect technologies.
• Translate demanding distributed application and AI workload behavior into clear networking requirements.
• Partner with Network Engineering, Architecture, Compute, Storage, Operations, and commercial teams on prioritization and delivery.
• Set product measures covering bandwidth, congestion, tail latency, network health, and customer workload outcomes.
• Define tenant connectivity and isolation options, including virtual networks, private interconnect, and cloud peering.
• Make network cost, security, resilience, and operational trade-offs clear to technical and business stakeholders.

• Significant product management experience in deeply technical infrastructure or platform products.
• Strong knowledge of InfiniBand fabrics, high-speed Ethernet, RoCEv2, and rack-scale interconnects such as NVLink.
• Understanding of distributed training patterns, MPI-style collective traffic, or comparable intensive network workloads.
• Experience translating networking limitations and architecture trade-offs into a credible product roadmap.
• Familiarity with multitenant network isolation, virtualization, private interconnect, and peering.
• Ability to reason about bandwidth, latency, congestion, topology, and service reliability.
• Track record delivering capabilities that technical customers and engineering teams actually adopt.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; outstanding communication and influence skills.

• NDR-class InfiniBand, RoCE lossless fabrics, Clos or rail-optimized topologies.
• Experience with infrastructure service tiering, customer-facing platform products, or FinOps.
• Knowledge of evolving optics, interconnect, and network-fabric generations.
• Strong experience balancing multitenant security with network performance.
