Technical Product Manager

Our client, a global hospitality company is hiring a Technical Product Leader to lead product initiatives and drive innovation to achieve business objectives.

Position Type

• Contract
• Hybrid - M-W in office, Thursday & Friday is WFH.​​​​​​​

• BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Deep understanding of and experience in product management principles and best practices in hospitality, eCommerce, and/or Information Technology.
• Demonstrated success managing web and mobile projects with IT/technical integration.
• Strong communication skills to articulate product vision and strategy to stakeholders.
• Innovative thinking to drive product innovation and differentiation.
• Change management expertise for organizational transitions and change initiatives.
• Strong decision-making skills for complex challenges.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners.
• Strategic planning skills to execute product strategies aligned with goals.
• Performance management skills to set goals, track progress, and drive accountability.
• Deep understanding of business dynamics, market trends, and customer needs.
• Leadership skills to inspire, mentor, and coach cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite, CMS, Digital Analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Full Story, Quantum Metrics).
• Experience using project management tools (Jira, Basecamp, VersionOne).
• 8 years of experience in product management or technical projects/programs, including senior or lead roles.
• Experience translating business requirements to technical requirements.
• Experience building and leading a team of technical product managers.
• Experience planning requirements, identifying risks, managing schedules, and communicating with cross-functional partners.

Preferences

• MBA and/or equivalent work experience.
• Certified SCRUM Product Owner Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for product initiatives.
• Define and prioritize product features for maximum customer value.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Define and refine product requirements based on market feedback and analysis.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Act as a technical subject matter expert within the organization.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
