Responsibilities:
- Initiation & Planning
- Lead project initiation, including requirements gathering and stakeholder alignment.
- Drive high-level solutioning, architecture, design, and sizing to establish a robust delivery plan.
- Develop and maintain detailed delivery roadmaps and timelines.
- Execution & Tracking
- Track progress against delivery plans, proactively identifying risks, challenges, and dependencies.
- Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address risks and obstacles.
- Ensure Jira hygiene, including accurate ticket creation, updates, and closure.
- Manage dependencies across cross-functional and external teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and business teams to drive delivery.
- Provide regular status reports and executive updates, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation actions.
- Facilitate effective communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
- Risk & Go-To-Market Readiness
- Partner with risk management teams to ensure compliance and readiness for delivery.
- Work with Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to prepare for product launch and operational handover.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in product delivery, project management, or Technical program management roles.
- Strong understanding of solution architecture, design, and sizing methodologies.
- Experience with Jira and agile delivery practices.
- Excellent risk management and mitigation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies and work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive reporting.
- Experience with risk and GTM readiness processes is a plus.
