Job Overview:

We are seeking an experiencedTechnical Marketing / Business Development Manager with strong expertise inSemiconductor ASIC technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technical knowledge and business acumen, with experience driving customer engagement, solution positioning, and strategic growth initiatives in semiconductor or ASIC-based product environments.

This is a highly visible role requiring collaboration with engineering, product, sales, and customer teams to support business growth and technology adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drivetechnical marketing and business development activities for semiconductor ASIC solutions
• Engage with customers to understand technical and business requirements
• Position and promote ASIC and semiconductor solutions to enterprise and strategic customers
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams onsolution strategy and roadmap alignment
• Support pre-sales activities including presentations, technical discussions, and solution demonstrations
• Identify market trends, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Support product launches, go-to-market strategies, and customer adoption initiatives
• Provide market feedback to product and engineering teams for future enhancements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience inSemiconductor ASIC technical marketing or business development
• Deep understanding ofASIC technologies and semiconductor industry trends
• Experience working with customers ontechnical solution positioning and engagement
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor product lifecycle and go-to-market strategies
• Ability to bridge technical and business discussions effectively
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with high-performance computing, networking, AI/ML, or SoC technologies
• Prior experience working with global semiconductor customers and partners
• MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus
