Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-drivenTechnical Manager to lead engineering teams, drive product development, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience in managing end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of software engineers and technical professionals
- Drive end-to-end product development, from requirement gathering to deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and Design
- Define technical architecture, system design, and best practices
- Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance optimization
- Manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and Agile ceremonies
- Identify and resolve technical challenges and bottlenecks
- Monitor system performance, reliability, and security
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and career development to team members
- Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget
- Work closely with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in software development and team management
- Strong programming skills (Java, Python, or similar)
- Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL)
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in leading large-scale distributed systems
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Prior experience in product-based companies
