Data Ingestion Developer – Lights-On Support (Healthcare)

Experience: 7+ Years

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Data Ingestion Developer to support and maintain healthcare data ingestion platforms on AWS. The role involves production support, incident resolution, monitoring, automation, and ensuring high availability of APIs, applications, and enterprise data pipelines.

Key Skills:

• Python / Java / .NET
• AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, RDS, IAM)
• Production Support & Incident Management
• CloudWatch, ELK, Datadog
• CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Terraform / CloudFormation
• API & Data Pipeline Support

Responsibilities:

• Provide L1/L2 support for healthcare data ingestion applications and APIs.
• Monitor production environments, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure SLA adherence.
• Support AWS infrastructure, data pipelines, and application deployments.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
• Develop automation scripts, runbooks, and operational improvements.
• Enhance system monitoring, logging, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate with development and data teams to ensure seamless healthcare data processing.
