1st round: Cognizant internal over Teams
2nd round: First round with customer in Teams
3rd round: Second round with customer in in-person
Required Skills:
Candidate will be working on system integrations, developing front end and API’s to ensure integrations. The tech stack that will be used will focus on Angular and a mix of NodeJS and Java for the API’s. Top 3 Must Have Skills: Software skills, applicable development experience, professional references. Eg/ Angular, Java, and GenAI experience. In our interview process, we work to see how candidates respond to different scenarios since our squad has a large mix of technologies that we must integrate with. The leaders, the manager and product technical lead, drive standards and expectations.
