Overview

This isnot a traditional status‐tracking PM role. As a Technical Delivery Manager within our financial client Corporate Technology (ACT), you will sit at the intersection ofenterprise governance, operational resiliency, and delivery execution. You will help ACT Governance & Operations (AGO) drive maturity across a large portfolio of applications by ensuring compliance with Non‐Functional Requirements (NFRs), strengthening resiliency through initiatives likeProject Stronghold, preparing forACT Audit 2026, and supporting delivery of internal governance and monitoring tools.

This role requires ahybrid profile: the execution discipline of a delivery manager, the analytical rigor of a technical analyst, and the persistence of a governance operator. Success is measured bycompleted outcomes and evidence, not activity.

Preferred / Differentiating Experience

• Financial services or banking experience within a large, regulated institution.
• Experience supporting enterprise audits, regulatory exams, or large‐scale control remediation efforts.
• Familiarity withArcher GRC,ServiceNow, and/orCoupa.
• Understanding of system integrations and data flows between SaaS platforms.
• Experience supporting monitoring, observability, or resiliency initiatives for critical applications.
• Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe, Kanban, etc.).
