Description
We are seeking an experienced manager to lead a complex application portfolio in the financial services sector. This role involves overseeing end-to-end delivery across application development, modernization, cloud migration, integration, and production support. The candidate will work in a dynamic environment, utilizing Agile methodologies and advanced technologies to drive successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery across application modernization, cloud migration, and production support programs.
- Manage Agile teams, technical leads, and onshore/offshore delivery teams.
- Drive predictable delivery, quality outcomes, and measurable business results.
- Use analytics to improve planning, forecasting, and risk visibility.
- Implement strong governance, financial management, and stakeholder alignment.
Qualifications
- 15 years of experience in technology delivery, program management, or transformation leadership.
- Proven experience in digital experience, customer engagement, and application modernization.
- Strong background in Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and engineering governance.
- Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and delivery margins.
- Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
