The work
  • Lead a six-person delivery team, owning sprint planning, backlog management and release commitments.
  • Act as the client's day-to-day delivery contact, running the governance cadence and reporting against agreed measures.
  • Manage the enhancement pipeline within the client's change control and release calendar.
  • Coordinate capacity and escalate resource needs within agreed timeframes.
Essential
  • Agile delivery leadership with a distributed team across time zones.
  • Estimation, release planning and dependency management on an integrated estate.
  • Stakeholder management with business and IT leadership.
  • Comfortable being accountable for outcomes measured against service levels.
  • Strong healthcare domain experience is required.
  • Must be customer-facing, polished, and comfortable interacting with client stakeholders.
  • Understanding of both production support and app development.
  • Looking for someone energetic, proactive, willing to grow, and capable of taking on additional responsibilities over time.
Desirable
  • Certified Scrum Master or equivalent; PMI-PBA; healthcare payer certification such as AHIP or AHM 250.
