About The Job:

• We are seeking a technical consultant to join our our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing automation proficiency.
• This position integrates MarTech, data, AI support, and multi-channel implementation.
• Help in deploying campaign delivery is scalable, maintain high-quality, and enhance our marketing strategies and customer experiences.
• The ideal candidate brings robust direct experience in Marketing Automation Platforms, Customer Data Platforms, campaign orchestration, and AI enablement, coupled with a clear understanding of data workflows and activation.

Essential Job Functions:

• Develop and maintain scalable ETL pipelines to process structured and unstructured data.
• Work with real-time data streams, APIs, and automation frameworks to enhance data-driven workflows.
• Design and implement data storage, processing, and integration solutions for marketing analytics.
• Collaborate with Marketers, data scientists and analysts to deploy optimal experience to our users.
• Ensure data quality, security, and governance in compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.
• Stay updated with emerging AI/ML trends and explore applications in marketing and automation.
• Work cross-functionally to gather technical requirements and translate them into implementable solutions.

Qualifications:
Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related STEM field.
• Experience using agile software development methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.

• Experience and familiarity with the following Adobe solutions (a plus but not a hard requirement): Adobe Experience Platform(RTCDP,AJO, CJA)Analytics, Audience Manager, Campaign, Commerce, Experience Manager, Experience Platform, Marketo, Target, Workfront.

Technical Skills:

• Marketing automation Tool: Hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) for configuring journeys and campaigns, including event-based and batch journeys, channel setup, personalization logic, and campaign deployment.
• Adobe Experience Platform or Profile Activation: Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including Real-Time Customer Profile, identities, schemas, datasets, segmentation, and activating audiences with proper consent and governance handling.
• Data Engineering: Expertise in building scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data transformation to support reliable data availability for segmentation, personalization, and journey execution, in collaboration with data engineering teams.
• Frontend: Ability to convert Figma designs into responsive HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring cross-device compatibility and seamless integration with AJO content templates and personalization logic.
• Data Validation & Troubleshooting: Ability to validate and troubleshoot campaign data using SQL and platform tools, ensuring accuracy of attributes, events, audience qualification, and journey execution.
• Integration & Technical Foundations: Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON data structures, and version control tools (such as Git) to support integrations, debugging, and controlled configuration changes across MarTech platforms.
