Technical Business Analyst

Our client, an IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Technical Business Analyst for their Columbus, GA  location.
 
Responsibilities:

• Analyze current business processes, identify gaps and modernization opportunities, and translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, process flows, and use cases.
• Collaborate with business, operations, development, and QA teams to validate solutions, support UAT, perform impact analysis, and ensure alignment with business and non-functional requirements.
• Support backlog refinement, prioritization, root cause analysis, reporting, documentation, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with internal controls and data protection standards.

• Mandatory skills: SDLC Concepts Business Analysis Requirements Management Process Focus, JCL, COBOL, SQL and Mainframe utilities.
• Preferred skills: Loyalty knowledge
• Years of experience required: 7-10
• Seasoned Business Analyst with 8–10 years of experience supporting mainframe-based business operations, process optimization, and functional requirement delivery in a hybrid work model.
