Rate Range: $70-74/Hr
Job Description:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements by collaborating with stakeholders and development teams.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flow diagrams.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and work closely with developers to ensure proper implementation.
- Perform data analysis, SQL queries, system analysis, and API integration analysis as required.
- Coordinate with QA teams for test planning, UAT, defect tracking, and validation of business requirements.
- Identify process gaps, troubleshoot issues, and recommend effective solutions.
- Work in Agile/Scrum environments and participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder meetings.
- Strong experience as a Technical Business Analyst in enterprise application development.
- Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and technical documentation.
- Understanding of APIs, databases, system integrations, and SDLC.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Financial services or banking domain experience is preferred.
