Important:
The JD separately says AWS Solutions Architect certification is mandatory, so even if they have strong AWS experience, you still need to check whether they have that certification before final shortlisting.
Because the requirement is for someone who can design AWS cloud architectures, not simply someone who has worked with AWS services.
