Job description
Experience: 10+ yearsKey Responsibilities
Assess business processes, Power Platform assets, and automation opportunities to identify high-value AI and Copilot use cases.
Define Agentic AI, Microsoft Copilot, and Power Platform solution architectures aligned to business outcomes and enterprise standards.
Design and implement AI-driven automation solutions for productivity improvement, process optimization, and operational efficiency.
Define KPI frameworks, value realization methodology, and business outcome measurements.
Develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and pilot solutions to demonstrate measurable business value.
Provide technical leadership across solution design, development, testing, deployment, and adoption.
Present solution recommendations, architecture decisions, and value realization outcomes to executive stakeholders and architecture review boards.
Collaborate effectively with client teams, business stakeholders, and offshore delivery teams.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, Power BI).
Strong hands-on experience with Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry, AI Search, and Agentic AI architectures.
Experience designing and implementing multi-agent and AI orchestration solutions.
Deep understanding of RAG, prompt engineering, AI governance, and enterprise AI adoption.
Hands-on expertise with MCP (Model Context Protocol), LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent AI orchestration frameworks.
Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and business systems.
Strong architecture, solution design, and technical consulting capabilities.
Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to facilitate discovery workshops and business outcome discussions.

Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate
Relevant Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, or Generative AI certifications
