JOB DESCRIPTION

Keppel is a leading global asset manager and operator with strong capabilities in energy & environment, urban development and connectivity, creating solutions for a sustainable future.The intern will be responsible in the following:Assist TS Manager to: 1) Update database for knowledge mgmt:a) vendor list b) waivers submitted and obtained for A&A c) cost database2) Assist and exposure to day-to-day running of Asset Enhancement project mgmt work. (Design Mgmt, Procurement, Construction, Document Mgmt, Defects Mgmt etc)3) Explore opportunities for automation / optimization using AI.4) Opportunity to work with multiple stakeholders throughout the value chain and understanding the real estate industry more.Learning Outcomes:-Learning opportunities in asset enhancement, and project mgmt of real estate projects-Exposure to Keppel Real Estate Business

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Desire to learn, creative, logical thinking, problem solving, resourceful, team player and respectful.2. Proficient in using internet / AI for research and ability to validate the data.
