Job Title- Technical Recruiter

Duration- 06 Month+ Contract

Pay Rate:-$40-45/Hour on W2

Role Overview:
Client is seeking experienced Contract technical Recruiters who can manage high-volume hiring in a fast-paced and changing environment while delivering a strong candidate and client experience.

Requirements:

• 6–7+ years of overall recruiting experience
• 1–2+ years of technical recruiting experience
• Experience in technology, professional services, or similar environments
• Strong end-to-end recruiting experience from intake through onboarding
• Proven ability to meet aggressive hiring goals and timelines
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Highly organized, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
• Ability to manage high volume, urgency, and competing priorities while maintaining quality
