Tech Lead - Solutions & Technology Advisory

We are looking for aTech Lead – Solutions & Technology Advisory to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combininghands-on software development, technical leadership, and client interaction.

We’re not necessarily looking for someone with years of management experience, but rather a technically confident professional who is ready to take on broader responsibilities, guide others, and contribute to technology decisions.

Responsabilities:

• Actively participate in software development, contributing to the design, implementation, and improvement of technical solutions.
• Support and guide junior developers, promoting knowledge sharing, collaboration, and good development practices.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into practical technical solutions.
• Contribute to technical discussions, solution design, and architectural decisions.
• Participate in client meetings, providing technical insights and helping identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Explore new technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, and identify opportunities to integrate them into existing or new solutions.
• Support technical discussions during early project stages, helping assess feasibility, requirements, and potential approaches.

• 3+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, development best practices, and application architecture.
• Experience or familiarity with modern web development technologies.
• Knowledge ofJavaScript/TypeScript and technologies such asReact, Next.js, or Node.js is highly valued, but not mandatory.
• Interest inArtificial Intelligence, including AI-powered tools, automation, or AI-driven solutions.
• Ability to understand technical challenges and propose practical, scalable solutions.
• Good communication skills and confidence interacting directly with clients.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to support and mentor less experienced developers.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

• Annual gross salary between 50.000€ - 55.000€, depending on experience and skills.
