Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java Spring Boot Microservices Developer with strong technical expertise and stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting microservices-based applications, collaborating with architects, QA, DevOps, and business teams, while actively engaging with clients and multiple vendors to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain applications usingJava, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.
• Build and support REST APIs and integration services.
• Support Architects in designing and implementing microservices-based solutions.
• Participate actively in requirement gathering, solution design, and technical discussions.
• Contribute toAzure migration and modernization initiatives using Azure Integration Services, including Azure Functions,Logic Apps and Azure Data Factory.
• Act as a client-facing technical representative and collaborate with business stakeholders.
• Provide production support, incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.

• Provide support for weekend monthly releases, quarterly maintenance activities, and planned deployment activities, ensuring successful implementation and post-release validation.

• Collaborate closely with QA, DevOps, development teams, and multiple vendors for successful project delivery.
• Maintain and track work items, releases, and deliverables through Jira.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Development.
• Strong experience with REST APIs.
• Knowledge of Azure Integration Services, including Azure functions using .net, Logic Apps and Azure Data Factory.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
• Strong SQL and application support experience.
• Understanding monitoring, production support, and release management processes.

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience working directly with clients.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration abilities.
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise applications in production environments.
• Exposure to Azure cloud technologies and containerized deployments (Kubernetes).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

Key Expectations

• Active participation in requirement discussions and solution workshops.
• Support architecture initiatives and microservices modernization efforts.
• Ensure seamless delivery through development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Collaborate effectively with Development, Architecture, QA, DevOps, Business Teams, Clients, and Multiple Vendors.
